These terms are an agreement between you and Zeratheon Foundation Company
Limited (“Zeratheon”, “we”, “us”) covering your use of the website at
zeratheonfoundation.com and the (H.E.R.O.S): Ordis software. By downloading
or using Ordis, or by using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree,
do not use them.
1. What Ordis is
Ordis is an AI agent system that runs on your own Windows computer. It uses
a third-party AI model to generate responses, and it can take actions on your machine — for
example reading or writing files, opening applications, and using the network — when you ask
it to.
Ordis is an assistant, not a professional adviser. It is not a substitute for
legal, medical, financial, engineering or other professional advice.
2. Early access and price
Ordis is currently provided free of charge during early access. There is no
payment, no card, and no trial timer. We may change what is free, or introduce paid plans, in
future — but we will say so clearly before anything you rely on changes, and we will not
retroactively charge you for a period you already used.
Early access software is by definition unfinished. Features may change, break, or be
removed.
3. Your licence key
We give you a licence key so Ordis can run. A key is personal to you. Do not
share it publicly, sell it, or use it beyond the number of devices it permits. We may
deactivate a key that is being abused, and we may issue a replacement.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Ordis or this website to:
- break any law that applies to you;
- harm, harass, defraud or impersonate anyone;
- create or distribute malware, or attack any system or network;
- generate content that is illegal — including, in Myanmar, content prohibited by law;
- infringe anyone’s copyright, trademark or other rights;
- process other people’s personal data without a lawful basis to do so;
- attempt to break, overload, or reverse-engineer our services or licence system;
- resell Ordis, or present it as your own product.
You are responsible for what you ask Ordis to do, and for the results you keep.
5. AI output can be wrong
Ordis uses a large language model. Such models can produce output that is
inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or simply invented, and they can be
confidently wrong. You must check anything important before you rely on it. See our
AI Content Disclosure for detail.
Do not rely on Ordis for decisions where being wrong would cause serious harm
— medical, legal, financial, safety-critical or irreversible decisions — without independent
verification by a qualified person.
6. Your data and your responsibility
Ordis is local-first: your files, memory and session history stay on your machine. However,
the text of your prompts is sent to a third-party AI provider to generate
responses. Do not put secrets, credentials, or other people’s personal data into a prompt.
You are responsible for keeping your own backups. We cannot recover files that Ordis or
you deleted, and we cannot restore your machine.
7. What you may not copy
Ordis is proprietary software. Zeratheon Foundation Company Limited owns the
software, its design, its name and its documentation. You get a personal, non-exclusive,
non-transferable licence to use it — not ownership of it. You may not copy, modify,
distribute, sell or reverse-engineer it except where the law says you may.
8. Availability
We do not promise that Ordis or this website will always be available, uninterrupted or
error-free. AI features depend on third-party services we do not control, and those may be
slow, unavailable, or changed without notice.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
Ordis and this website are provided “as is” and “as available”, without
warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of
merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant
that Ordis will meet your requirements or that its output will be accurate.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zeratheon Foundation Company Limited is
not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive
damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue, or business, arising out of or relating to
your use of Ordis or this website — even if we were advised such loss was possible.
Because Ordis is provided free of charge during early access, our total liability to you is
limited to the greater of (a) the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the
claim, or (b) zero.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Indemnity
You agree to hold Zeratheon Foundation Company Limited harmless from claims, losses and
costs arising from your misuse of Ordis or this website, or from your breach of these terms.
12. Ending this agreement
You may stop using Ordis at any time and uninstall it. We may suspend or end your access if
you breach these terms, or if we discontinue early access. On termination, the sections that
by their nature should survive — ownership, disclaimers, liability, indemnity — will continue
to apply.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product changes. The “Last updated” date will change when
we do, and material changes will be noted on this page. Continuing to use Ordis after a change
means you accept the updated terms.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, and the courts
of Myanmar have jurisdiction over any dispute — unless the law where you live gives you
stronger rights that cannot be waived.
